Originally from southern Indiana (US) Josh Neukam currently lives in southwestern China designing photography tours in one of the world’s most geographically, culturally, and ethnically diverse regions.

Married for 13 years with four children, Josh began his journey into photography by purchasing his first DSLR to capture better quality photos of his firstborn. As his technical camera and lighting equipment skills continued to develop, he began to do wedding and portrait photography work on the side.

The years following afforded Josh and his family road trips across the United States, as well as travels to South America, Europe, and Asia. It was during this time that he developed a real affinity toward travel and nature photography. He eventually closed his residential construction company in 2017 and moved to China for a new adventure.

Every image you see on this website is his original work. By doing something that he loves, Josh hopes to help the photography community sharpen, or even develop, their photography skills and portfolio while being introduced to an unforgettable experience of traveling in China!
